Accommodation has been reserved at a range of hotels in Heraklion and one in Ammoudara. We encourage delegates to book accommodation well in advance as hotels impose strict release dates for reservations. After these dates no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. Please refer to the appropriate hotel details below for release date.
All reservations should be made directly with the hotel of your choice with the exception of the Agapi Beach (see email address below).
To secure your reservation, payment is required by credit card.

Make sure your policy will pay for medical and hospital fees direct.
