The Meeting Room of the Science and Technology Park of Crete (STEP-C) is equipped with 35 seater wooden tables in U shape, which can also be placed in a traditional classroom layout. It also includes a table for coffee and snacks, as well as, a water cooler. Extra tables are available to be placed outside the room for coffee and snacks upon request.
The room is also equipped with a telephone and a ceiling mounted projector.
The room is accessible by elevator.
Artemis Saitakis (1954-2021) was a Principal Application Scientist at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of FORTH. For many years he served as the Director of the Science & Technology Park of Crete (1997-2021), with a particularly important contribution to its development and emergence as an incubator of business activity for innovative, start-up companies. He was also CEO of the Management and Development Company of STEP-C SA (2005-2021).
