NASA's IXPE Solves Mystery of X-Ray Creation in Black Holes

7th Quantum Technology Conference 7-9 October 2025
The 7th Quantum Technology Conference will take place on 7-9 October 2025 in Crete, Greece, hosted by the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas (FORTH). The conference will focus on quantum technology applications in space with a particular emphasis on new initiatives and international collaborations, quantum community goals, new strategic challenges, technical developments and breakthroughs, emerging opportunities, both commercial and institutional. FORTH announces the 34rt call for the Award for Excellence in Academic Teaching in memory of Basilis Xanthopoulos and Stephanos Pnevmatikos. For 2025, proposals that fall under the thematic cycle of Social Sciences and Humanities are accepted. The closing date is Friday 18 July 2025.
