Position Description

The Institute of Electronic Structure and Laser of the Foundation for research and Technology Hellas (IESL-FORTH), in the framework of the project ECHOES (P.I. Prof. S. Sotiropoulou, Call: HORIZON-CL2-2023-HERITAGE-ECCCH-01, GA 101157364), funded under European Research Executive Agency, is seeking to recruit two research assistants.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Physics or Computer Science with expertise in some of the following fields: Data Science, Data Processing, Web Services, Information Modeling, Knowledge Representation and Semantic
• Data Management, Open Science and application of the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) in multi-disciplinary scientific fields.
• Proven skills in designing and developing open-source software tools and information systems.

Desirable Qualifications

A relevant master's degree and/or previous experience with EU projects.
