The candidate will contribute to the implementation of the MindGenGapICT institutional change project, and work for the timely delivery of activities, milestones, and deliverables. The candidate will work on the design and execution of institutional change measures addressing diversity, inclusivity, and gender equality (DIE) within FORTH-ICS. Key responsibilities include baseline assessments, data collection and analysis, and alignment of the project objectives with FORTH’s Gender Equality Plan. The candidate will be expected to ensure compliance with Horizon Europe and FORTH guidelines, prepare progress reports, provide contribution to the deliverables of the project and contribute to evidence-based recommendations to FORTH-ICS leadership. In addition, the candidate will contribute to building internal capacity and to achieving key objectives and milestones according to the project’s Technical Annex.
