Προσκεκλημένος ως κεντρικός Ομιλητής των Διαλέξεων Ωνάση 2018 ο Νομπελίστας Roger Kornberg, Καθηγητής στο Πανεπιστήμιο Stanford, θα δώσει το βράδυ της Τετάρτης 18 Ιουλίου στις 8 μ.μ. στο Αμφιθέατρο του ΙΤΕ ομιλία που απευθύνεται στο ευρύ κοινό και έχει σαν θέμα: “Applied and not yet applied Science – Εφαρμοσμένη και μη ακόμα εφαρμοσμένη Επιστήμη”

The Foundation of Research and Technology - Hellas (FORTH) in collaboration with the PRAXI network organises an info-day for the promotion of the MSC actions that are open to researchers at any stage of their career with no nationality or age restrictions. Rule for mobility of the researcher to another country applies. The info-day will focus on the 2018 MSCA Individual Fellowships call (Call for Proposals: MSCA-IF-2018) on the occasion of its launch on 12 April.

The ceremony of the FORTH Award for Excellence in Academic Teaching "Vassilis XANTHOPOULOS - Stephanos PNEVMATIKOS" will be held at the main Hall of the old Parliament in Athens, on December 07 2016, at 19.00 p.m. The award will be presented by H.E. the President of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. Prokopios Pavlopoulos to Mr. Michalis Koutsilieris, Professor of Medicine, University of Athens.
